Conditions

To qualify for a return within 60 days of delivery, products must remain sealed, unopened, with the tamper-evident seal intact, in the original box, and accompanied by official proof of purchase.

Under national health safety and biosecurity standards in the Philippines, any wellness supplement with an unsealed or opened package cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Product returns

Submit your return request along with your order number to our official email at [email protected].
Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code along with the exact address of the inspection facility in the Philippines.
Pack the sealed products securely in a sturdy box and mark the RMA code on the outside of the package.
Receive your full refund via direct bank transfer within 3-10 business days after the product passes inspection.

Who pays return shipping

If the item is defective, broken, or incorrect, we cover the cost. We will provide a prepaid label or arrange a pickup. If you changed your mind, you pay for the return shipping. There are no other fees.

Refund timing and method

The refund will be processed within 3 business days after the inspection is approved. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer to your provided account. Bank transfer payments will be returned to the same account. It reflects in your bank within 1-5 business days.

Exchanges

For a different variant or product, return the item and place a new order. The refund will be issued once the item is received. Shipping for the new order is free if the mistake was ours.
