Dietary supplements, botanical capsules, and daily health products for men's personal wellness. The ingredients, quantity, and format are listed on each product page. Images are for illustrative purposes only. The packaging appearance may vary slightly.

The order is recorded after checkout. We will send an email confirmation. The agreement is formed once the bottles leave for dispatch to you. We may decline an order if stock runs out or if there is an error in the details. A full refund will be issued if this occurs.

Prices are listed in PHP and include applicable VAT. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before payment. Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatching the product. You will be given the option to proceed or cancel the purchase.

Shipping methods, timelines, and rates are detailed on our Delivery and Payment page. Responsibility for the supplements transfers to you upon delivery.

Product photographs represent the actual items. Colors may vary slightly on your screen due to lighting and display settings. This is not considered a defect or a reason for free returns. The ingredients and net weight are stated on each product page.

We remain responsible for your shipment until it is delivered to your door. Upon delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to you. If there is visible damage to the exterior box, notify the courier immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

Product returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of arrival, in accordance with our Returns page. Pursuant to Republic Act No. 7394, or the Consumer Act of the Philippines, the company ensures that products are authentic, free from manufacturing defects, and match label descriptions at the time of delivery.

• Customized goods or items modified according to individual customer specifications.
• Perishable goods or items with an approaching expiration date.
• Dietary or health supplements where the protective safety seal has been opened, pursuant to hygiene and biosecurity regulations.
• Items that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other materials by nature.
• Digital guides or materials that have been accessed or downloaded by the customer.

The liability of Aerovanna Wellness Products Inc. for any claim relating to the transaction is limited strictly to the total amount actually paid by the buyer for the order, or up to ₱5,000, whichever is lower. These statements do not alter any liability established by applicable law.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. Follow the written directions on each bottle. Supplements are not a daily substitute for balanced living and are not a replacement for medical advice.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any legal proceedings will take place before competent courts within the country. If we cannot resolve any dispute through direct discussion, it will be brought before the court where our office is registered. This does not waive your consumer rights in your home country.
